Shipping cost and delivery area

We offer free shipping to Sweden, Norway and all EU countries.

Customs and import VAT for Aura

Aura is shipped directly from our supplier with DDP delivery. Customs clearance, duties and import VAT are included in the price you pay us. You should not have to pay any extra import or handling fees when the parcel is delivered. If the carrier still asks for payment, contact kundservice@silkeshud.se before you pay and we will help you.

Deliveries to Norway

Norway is outside the EU. Deliveries to Norway may be subject to Norwegian import VAT and customs rules. If you have questions before ordering, contact us and we will help you.

Estimated delivery time

  • Silkeshud Glow collagen masks: normally 3–5 days after ordering within Sweden. Allow a few extra days for other countries.
  • Vitamin C serum: normally 3–5 days after ordering within Sweden. Allow a few extra days for other countries.
  • Aura LED face mask: approx. 3 weeks after ordering. Aura is ordered in when you place your order.

If you order skincare (Glow or vitamin C serum) together with Aura, they are shipped in separate deliveries. The skincare normally arrives first, and Aura follows later. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier. We will contact you if we learn that your order will be delayed.

Tracking

When a shipment has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information when available. With a split delivery, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation.

Subscriptions

Glow as a subscription is shipped according to the interval you have chosen. Subscription deliveries also have free shipping.

Damaged or wrong parcel?

If something is damaged, missing or wrong, contact kundservice@silkeshud.se with your order number and preferably a photo, and we will help you.

Parcels that are not collected

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we may deduct the actual costs of shipping and return from the refund, in accordance with applicable rules.
