Near-infrared light at 850 nm is invisible to the eye and reaches deeper than ordinary red light – all the way down to the dermis, where the skin's connective tissue is formed. Red light at 630 nm and near-infrared at 850 nm have been studied together for fine lines and elasticity. Aura has both wavelengths, so you can choose them in your skincare at home.
850 nm is invisible to the eye and reaches deeper than red light. So the visible colour of a mask doesn't tell you everything about the light inside it.
